Setup - user profile page

Use this page to upload all your assets and setup your next event. For any questions, you can always send us a quick email at info@digitizeyourbrand.com.
This form is intended to capture the content for the main event profile page.
If you are a sponsor or need to setup a sponsor/check-in station then pelase click here to use this simplified form.
If your assets are not available at once, you can revisit this page and submit your assets separately. If you need to submit an updated graphic asset, just re-submit this form and we will always use the most recent version.

*Please provide your business name if other than main event organizer.

1. Header

The hero image will be visible at the top section of the user profile page.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, Max. file size: 15 MB.
Recommended size for the header image 1000px x 700px.
Provide a URL that will be linked to the header image.

2. Profile page content

These assets will be embedded under the profile photo gallery. We recommend adding a welcome text and optionally any custom buttons or other elements. Note that the photo gallery will be visible if the module is enabled for your event.
1. Enter a short welcome message. If you need to link any text to a third-party URL please provide this as a note [i.e. Link text "click here" to URL: www.tap2interact.com]
2. (optionally)You can provide your own custom HTML that can be embedded in this section.
3. Add custom buttons in this format:
Button label: "Click here", Button URL:"https://"
Accepted file types: png, Max. file size: 1 MB.
Optionally if you want to embed a watermark over all photos please upload a PNG file here.

3. Footer

The footer image will be visible at the bottom section of the user profile page. This space is usually used for sponsor graphics or additional event content.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, Max. file size: 15 MB.
Recommended size for the header image 1000px x 700px.
Provide a URL that will be linked to the footer image.

4. Registration form

Every event its unique. While some events will have the user data already available this section allows us to understand how to set-up the registration form when one is needed.
Add the registration fieds:
Click on the (+) and add as many fields as needed.
The minimum mandatory fields are: Name and Email. You can also make a note if a field needs to be mandatory or not. i.e. Business name (mandatory)
