Setup - Sponsor/Check-in station

Use this page to upload your assets and set up a sponsor/check-in station.
This form is intended to capture the content for a check-in station only. Submit a new form for each separate sponsor/check-in station.

Please note that if your assets are not available at once, you can always revisit this page and submit new assets. If you need to submit an updated graphic asset, just re-submit this form and we will always use the most recent version.

*Once on the profile page, click on the “View My Check in History” button to see a sample of the sponsor checked in stations.

*Please provide your business name if other than main event organizer.

Sponsor / Check-in Station

These assets will be embedded under each check-in station. When users check-in these assets will be added to their profile page. Please see image above as reference (image 1). Submit this form multiple times if you need to create more than one check-in station.
This will be the check-in station name. The title will show on the user profile page (image 2) and also in the event app (image 3). This field is limited to max 25 characters.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, Max. file size: 10 MB.
Recommended size for the header image 1000px x 700px. This is the header section of the sponsor/check-in tile. (image 4.1)
Enter a short description/copy (image 4.2). If you need to link any text to a third party URL please provide this as as note (i.e. Link text "click here" to URL: www.tap2interact.com).
(optional) You can also embed up to 4 social media links.
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, Max. file size: 10 MB.
This is the footer section of your sponsor/check-in card (image 5). The recommended size for the footer image is 1000px x 700px.
