NFC TapStation Submission Page

TapStations are the latest streamlined solution to collect leads and push relevant content to attendees via an NFC TAP enabled.

Setup the event app

We recommend that prior to the event sponsors/vendors should download our free app and have it set up on the same smartphone that they intend to use during the event. The login credentials will be provided by the event organizer. For best experience we recommend using the iPhone (any model iPhone 9 or newer), an Android version is also available.

Setup the event TapStation content

Use the form below to submit the content for your sponsor/vendor tapstation. This content will be automatically pushed to guests/atendees that check into your statio (*Please note that if your assets are not available at once, you can always revisit this page and submit new assets. If you need to submit an updated graphic asset, just re-submit this form and we will always use the most recent version).

*Once on the profile page, click on the “View My Check in History” button to see a sample of the sponsor checked in stations.

*Please provide your business name if other than main event organizer.
*We will use this email to notify you when the update is complete.

Sponsor / Check-in Station

These assets will be embedded under each check-in station. When users check-in these assets will be added to their profile page. Please see image above as reference (image 1). Submit this form multiple times if you need to create more than one check-in station.
This will be the check-in station name and usually this is the sponsor/vendor business name unless you have multiple stations that need to be named differently. The title will show on the user profile page (image 1). This field is limited to max 25 characters.
Submit your company logo or create branded header image. Recommended size for the header width:1000px x height:500px. This is the header section of the sponsor/check-in tile. (image 2)
Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, Max. file size: 10 MB.
Enter a short text description. If you need to link any text to a third party URL please provide this as a comment (i.e. Link text "click here" to URL: www.tap2interact.com).
Please limit your content to max 15 lines of text (image 3).
(optional)You can provide the actual HTML code that can be inserted in this section.
(optional) You can also embed up to 4 social media links.
Please use this to upload an optional image that would be inserted below your content (image 4). Recommended size max width: 1000px x height: 300px.
